Level 1
Level 1 is for you who are new to pole. Here we stay close to the floor and learn basic exercises and simple spins.
Level 2
Lyrical
A class focusing on choreography, flow and movement for Level 2 and up.

Flow&Heels
The class for those who want to get to know the sensual side of pole a little better, with a focus on floorwork and flow. Preferably with heels. The class is open to all levels.
Level 2
Here we try more advanced spins, learn to get upside down and practice becoming safe with exercises higher up from the floor.
Level 3
In this class, we are confident being upside down and play with more advanced exercises up on the pole.
Level 5
This level is for the most advanced.
Technique
We go in depth on the technique on individual exercises and get more training on the most important pole exercises.
